A skeptical-until then-US neurosurgeon Eben Alexander, who thinks he has seen God while in a coma in a near-death experience '.
Alexander has said that when he went into a coma as a result of an
attack of bacterial meningitis six years ago only had a 10% chance of
recovery. "The doctors say that there was no way I could recover any
type of consciousness, let alone to recover, but I did at eight weeks."
However, the doctor not only recovered, but says her experiences
during those days changed his life. Specifically, he says that helped
him better understand the brain, mind and consciousness.
