In the past decades climate change and global warming became noticeable in the North American soil. This situation can lead to extinction of many bird species in the area. The National Audubon Society who studied 588 kinds of birds in the region warned that states like Maryland may lose their state bird if the situation still. Among are bald eagle and the Baltimore oriole, as well as state birds from Pennsylvania, Louisiana, Vermont, Utah, Nevada, Idaho, New Hampshire and Washington, D.C.The President of the society David Yarnold said this statement is a wake-up call to everybody concern.
