If your PayPal is not yet verified, you can apply for an RCBC MyWallet
Visa Card. you just need to go to nearest RCBC branch in your area and
bring 2 valid IDs. Fill out the enrolment form and deposit at least
P150. You will already get the card by the activation might take a week.
Upon activation of your card, change your PIN and then enter the card
information into your PayPal account. P100 will be deducted from your
RCBC MyWallet Visa Card but it will refunded once you complete the
PayPal verification process. To complete the verification process, you
need to email customercontact@rcbc.com to get the 4-digit PIN code of your card.
