I am saying about the area.. and 1999 super cyclone was not only for BBS
and CTC. My fact are right. You are see the city population where as
CTC consists of big hamlets that stay in the periphery being a plain
which is not true with Vizag.I don't like Deal with it and Odisha is
helping AP in a big way but it never came during the last two
disasters..We are being civil and responsible neighbors but you are just
harping on being called a special category state..........
