I don't know what other country have rule.
But in my country India is a rule of caste reservation.. Means giving most priorities to the people who undergoes certain castes
The castes includes , ST (scheduled Tribe)
SC (scheduled caste)
OBS(Other backward caste)
Women(For all girls)
Is it fair with the people who are unreserved ??
Ok let me discuss
Only in government paper these people are poor and backward , so they should be given reservation.
Should not the govt verify actually how many people under these category really deserve his.
Perhaps government is only able to feel the happiness of the student who got in to a good college using quota , rather than the harassment of the student who did not get a good college even if he secures more than eligible mark.

Now the gov. is trying its best to maintain equity among boy and girl..
So where this women category came ?? Is it to make them equal with boys ??
