A bad tradition here in India to ask for dowry to bride’s family during marriage or before marriage is an evil act being done by the family of a Son. In reality I would say it is an act performed by them to sell their son. These acts of selling son should be stopped by themselves because it is not possible through restriction by government.
Such people not say that they selling their son. A different statement used by theme as per their statement they not asking for dowry and always bride’s family to give gifts to their daughter. Here point to understand is that gift is something given by someone as per his own desire and cannot be asked to give but dowry is a bad tradition which show greed of human being.
One cannot be rich by other’s money or gifts, to be rich in reality one has to do hard work by not thinking to get money by using such bad traditions like Dowry. It is bad tradition and be stopped by every person by starting from himself.
